Ferry interior is cozy, clean,spacious & comfortable so much so one can doze off anytime during the trip to Batam Centre. Fare is reasonably price either for 1 way or 2 way trip. And trip is smooth sailing .
Went to Batam for 2 day 1 night stay. We took Sindo Ferry. Staff are helpful and friendly. We took our tickets within a few minutes. Ferries ride are smooth and punctual. The cabin is clean and seats are comfortable.
Excellent, clean, good service, helpful staff, on time. Be careful, if you're late then you will miss your boat. Also there's usually no place to pray, but the staff are mostly Muslim, helpful, and might direct you to a quiet place to pray.
Queen star 6 ferry to and back from batam was cockroach infested, crawling on the walls, floors and everywhere.
When the crew opened one of the cabinets to get his cigarettes, even more roaches scurried out
I went for an afternoon tea experience on the ferry, with an island drop-off. During the booking process, Sindo Ferry responded promptly to my queries over Whatsapp. During the trip itself, the crew onboard was friendly, welcoming and pleasant. I would love to travel with them again.
ill book with them again. Enjoyable ride and a smooth one. I would applaud their service. I arrived when the gate was closed, the staff is polite and they helped to reschedule to next time slot. When coming back I wanted to do more activities so wanted to push back my ferry time back so I whatsapp them and managed to change timing via WhatsApp on the morning itself without the need to go down to the counter. I'm amazed by their service quality and would highly recommend

took a sindo ferry from sekupang to harbour bay.half way thru the journey at the smoking deck.a crew staff wearing a jacket sit next to me continuos smoking and spoke loudly with his colleague until reach harbour front what irritated me his arm keep shoving at me first time came across such a rude crew.pls sindo pls educate your crew to have simple manners.tq
